We process and ship items in the order that we receive them between 8 am - 5 pm CST Monday - Friday. Please allow 1 - 3 business days for processing of orders to be completed. Transit times listed at checkout are for after the shipment has left our warehouse. Orders with expedited shipping upgrades get processed the same day if placed by 1:30 PM. If an order contains a pre-sale or backordered item the shipment of your order will be delayed until all items become available.
We do not accept returns. With that said, we do offer exchanges on apparel so long as they are made within 14 days of receipt. If the item you want to exchange is 'out of stock', kindly email us. Please be sure to read our item descriptions for sizing recommendations.
To exchange your unworn, unwashed apparel, please follow up steps below:
- Place a new order for the apparel item you would like to exchange for (please make a note of your new order number).
- Send back your original apparel item with a note that includes BOTH your original order number as well as your new order number.

- When your apparel item is received back we will process a refund to the same payment method originally used to place the order, up to the cost of the original purchase. We will not process a refund on any item received that has been worn, washed, or damaged.
To expedite your exchange please make sure all steps noted above are complete.
All non-apparel items are considered final sale. We do not offer refunds. Only regular priced items may be exchanged; unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We do not have a working relationship with USPS. With that said, once our orders are taken to the post office, we have little control (aside from tracking the package) over the route or time it takes a package to be delivered. While nearly all items arrive quickly and without issue, occasionally USPS drops the ball and sends your package on a trip of it's own. We get as frustrated by this as you do, promise. Please know that if we could hand deliver each and every one of our orders, we would.
We cannot accept responsibility for packages that appear, through tracking, to have been delivered. Please make sure the address you provide us with is correct. We cannot replace merchandise that was shipped to the wrong address if the address provided to us is no longer your address.
Domestic: All orders ship USPS First Class within 10 business days from the date of purchase. Our processing times can be 3-4 weeks during holidays (October-December) due to an increase in volume. Domestic orders typically arrive within 2-3 days once shipped.
A shipping notification email with tracking information will be sent via PayPal once your order is ready to ship. Please be sure your shipping information is written out correctly at the time of check out.
If you need your item(s) sooner, please contact us prior to placing your order to ensure we are able to accommodate your request.
International: Packages may be subject to customs or duties upon arrival in country. Please note that most international packages will be sent via USPS First Class International Mail which does not include tracking or delivery confirmation. Shipping times vary depending on location, time of year and local postal service. On average, packages should arrive in 3-5 weeks, after processing.
International packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are calculated by country. The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees. International packages may be delayed by customs; unfortunately Shop @WomenWhoLoveWine has no control over this.
Changes to orders
Please email us as soon a change is needed. Of course we'll try our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot make any guarantees.
If you have already received a confirmation email via PayPal that your package has been shipped, there is unfortunately nothing we can do on our end. You will need to visit usps.com, and reroute the package to the correct address, or to your local USPS facility for pick up.
Please double check your order before submitting.
Within each item description we offer sizing recommendations. While we do accept exchanges, we urge each customer to read the recommendations prior to ordering to alleviate the need of sending an apparel item back for a different one. Not every item of apparel is the same, so please read recommendations for each item.
What is considered a "business day"?
A calendar day is any day of the week, including weekends. Business days only include weekdays, Monday through Friday, excluding Postal Holidays.
